Getting Back To Email

Let’s talk about getting back to email. Why is an email going to become a vital part of our global communications again? Turn on the news and it will not take you long to determine why going back to email as a secondary or even primary way of communicating important information may become essential.

While a central hub for your church or ministry content should always be your website, there actually is a point when getting back to email for sensitive or important communication that you may not want censored is going to play an integral role into how you are able to communicate with the people within your church or ministry organization.

Internet censorship

Christian Internet Censorship

With the world become more and more anti-Christian anything, we are starting to see an increase in censorship across several platforms.

There are now certain “keywords” that are starting to cause churches and ministries to find themselves being banned or removed altogether from various online platforms across the board.

This is where getting back to email is going to play a vital part in making sure that you are able to effectively communicate across the board with your audience.

Internet Email Providers

Not all Internet email providers are the same and some can even read the emails you have sent to censor the content that may be included within them. While I don’t want to provide the names of those who may be amongst the guiltiest of this, there are plenty of articles across the net that will provide direct answer to your questions in regards to this.

However, I am going to provide you a short list of the top 3 secure email providers that will ensure that your emails are getting to the inbox of your audience.

Top 3 Secure Email Providers

  1. Proton Mail
  2. Hushmail
  3. Zoho Mail

Each of the above email providers will provide you with more than enough strength and flexibility to truly create a unique and custom email service that will ensure that you communications are getting to your intended audience.

Proton Mail is by far at the very top of my list of personal favorites.

However, for those who may be restricted by budgets or just not wanting to fool around with getting to know another email service and all of the intricacies that are involved, you can still utilize Gmail. However, you will want to change the way that you may be providing links within them.

The one thing to keep in mind when sending out various links that are formatted for “immediate clicks” to access the information is that oftentimes these are blocked from a users inbox as any emails that contain several links within them are often treated as spam. In addition, if you are using a branded email such as yourname@yourdomain.com and you are doing this, you can end up having your email account blacklisted. Not a good thing when you are trying to utilize the most basic forms of communication with them masses.

Safe Ideas For Christian Social Networking

While the vast majority of both churches and other Christian entities still use Facebook as a means of reaching their audience, I want to encourage you to do so until there are issues that may prevent you from doing so.

Obviously each of us have become highly integrated with using Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube and other platforms as a way of communicating our messages across a plethora of social networking platforms.

Something to consider may be turning your online website into your own social community. What a better way of providing your content in a private setting to those that you want to get the most information out to.

There are several solutions to being able to achieve this, however, I am going to recommend that you get with a seasoned website developer to see what options are available for you and what may be the best way of integrating them to meet your online demands.

Staying Alert

It is not my intent to scare anyone about what may or may not be coming up after one of the most important elections in the History of America, however, I do want to ensure that I am able to provide you with viable alternatives for communicating among the masses.

If you should have any questions or concerns on how to improve the reach of your church members, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I will be more than glad to help you any way that I can.
